What are the four layers Cheeky-Fit builds?
Clients, endpoints, intelligence, and foundation. Apps and websites on top, your business logic exposed as an API beneath them, an AI layer grounded in your records, and hosting, data, and operations underneath all of it.
What does the AI layer actually do?
It reads your documents, history, and live records before answering, and cites which of them it used. A general model knows the world and nothing about your business; grounding is what makes an answer usable.
Do you train AI models on my company data?
No. Retrieval runs against your records to answer your questions. Cheeky-Fit does not train shared or third-party models on one client's data. Details at cheeky-fit.com/security.
Which AI models do you use?
Models are selected per workload and are swappable. The application talks to an interface rather than one vendor's SDK, so moving to a better or cheaper model is a change instead of a rewrite.
How do you know the AI is working?
Every AI feature ships with a set of real cases from your business and a measured pass rate. Low-confidence outputs route to a person by default and automation expands as those numbers hold.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. The endpoint layer is often built over existing systems so your website, staff tools, and partners read one source of truth instead of several drifting copies.
What platforms do you build apps for?
iOS, Android, and web, plus internal dashboards and tools. A customer-facing surface and an internal one typically share a single backend so the two can never show contradictory numbers.
What is Cheeky-Fit not a good fit for?

How much does Cheeky-Fit charge?
There is no published price list. A Map engagement is fixed price, Build & Run is quoted per project once the map exists, and a fractional team is a monthly retainer. Work is scoped to one business at a time.
Why is there no pricing page with numbers?
A number invented before we understand your operation is a guess dressed as a quote. Pricing follows the map, which is the first point at which an estimate means anything.
What are the three engagement shapes?
Map is a short scoping engagement ending in a written plan you own. Build & Run is the full stack built and then maintained. Fractional team takes over an existing stack month to month.
What happens on a scoping call?
About an hour. We ask what you sell, how a job moves through the business end to end, where the data lives, and what gets re-keyed by hand. You leave knowing whether custom software is worth it, including when it is not.
What do I own at the end?
Everything: source, endpoints, model configuration, and data, delivered into your accounts and repositories. Ending a retainer does not end your access to any of it.
Am I locked in to Cheeky-Fit?
No. The stack runs on standard cloud infrastructure and is documented so another team can pick it up. Leaving is a handover, not a negotiation.
Who will I be working with?
The engineers doing the work. There is no account management layer between you and the people writing the software.
How are change requests handled?
As expected work, not as penalties. A plan that survives contact with reality unchanged is a plan nobody read; the build sequence is reviewed with you as it goes.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. A mutual NDA before the scoping call if you want one. Your operation does not become a case study unless you ask for it to be.
How is the work sequenced?
Whichever layer removes the most manual effort ships first and goes into real use, rather than waiting behind a full launch. Remaining layers follow the map, each usable when it ships.
Do you take on existing systems?
Yes, through the fractional team engagement: taking over a stack that already runs, adding the AI layer to it, and covering maintenance and on-call month to month.

Does Cheeky-Fit hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No. Cheeky-Fit Inc. holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA attestation today and does not imply otherwise. If procurement requires a certified vendor, you will hear that in the first call.
What security controls are in place?
HTTPS with a one-year HSTS lifetime, a deny-by-default content security policy, nosniff, SAMEORIGIN framing, a strict referrer policy, and a locked-down permissions policy. They are verifiable in your own browser console.
How does code reach production?
Through CI only. A pull request builds a preview on its own URL for review, and a merge deploys the identical artifact to production. Releases are immutable, so a rollback is selecting the previous one.
Where does my data live?
Where you want it. Systems are delivered into infrastructure accounts your business controls, so ending an engagement never means negotiating for access to your own records.
Is card data handled by Cheeky-Fit?
No. Payments run through Stripe and card numbers go from the customer's browser to Stripe directly, never touching Cheeky-Fit infrastructure. Cheeky-Fit is a participant in the Stripe Accelerate program.
Do you train models on client data?
No. Retrieval runs against your records to answer your questions. Cheeky-Fit does not train shared or third-party models on one client's data, and model providers are swappable per workload.
How is access managed?
Least privilege, granted per person and removed when an engagement ends. Credentials live in managed secret storage and are never committed to source.
Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes, answered by the engineers who built the system rather than by sales. Send it before the scoping call if it is a gate, so a mismatch surfaces early.
What happens if there is an incident?
You hear it from Cheeky-Fit first: what happened, what was exposed, and what changed. Not a status page euphemism.
How do I delete my data?
