Worn, damaged, or altered items may see the refund reduced or declined. How to start. Orders tab, Start a Return, choose a reason. The label is generated against whoever is responsible. Buyer-fault (fit, remorse, changed mind): buyer pays shipping and the 3.5% fee; seller pays $0. Seller-fault (defective, misrepresented, wrong item): seller pays shipping and the 3.5% fee. Seller cancels after payment: seller covers the non-refundable processing cost, typically 3–4%. Refund timing. To the original payment method, a few business days after inspection. Disputes. Either side can escalate to jpande-cfo@cheeky-fit.com with photos and order details. Cheeky makes the final call using the rule above."
