Cheeky-Fit Inc. honors consumer deletion rights under applicable state privacy statutes. The statutes below are the primary frameworks that apply to many Cheeky users.
California residents may request deletion of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Cheeky must verify the request and respond within statutory timelines, generally 45 days with a permitted extension.
Virginia residents may request deletion of personal data under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. Because Cheeky-Fit Inc. is based in Virginia, VCDPA rights and appeal procedures are available through the same deletion email route.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may also have deletion rights. We apply the same request process and honor state-specific requirements where they apply.
Certain records may be retained when required by U.S. law, including tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, legal claims, and security logs. Those exceptions are described in our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Deleted or anonymized: account credentials, profile information, wardrobe photos and tags tied to your account, styling preferences, social posts and interactions associated with your account, and device or analytics identifiers linked to you where feasible.
May be retained where required: transaction and tax records (typically up to 7 years), security and fraud logs needed for an active investigation, information needed to complete a pending legal process, and anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
Marketplace note: If you have open orders or seller payouts, we may need to resolve those first before fully closing commerce-related records.
