VCDPA
Virginians may request deletion under the VCDPA. Appeal procedures run through the same email route.

Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states: same process, plus any state-specific requirements.
Recordkeeping exceptions
Tax, fraud-prevention, legal-claim, and security records may be retained where the law requires. See the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
What to expect
What deletion does and does not remove.
Deleted or anonymized: credentials, profile, wardrobe photos and tags, styling preferences, social posts, and linked device or analytics identifiers.
May be retained: transaction and tax records (up to 7 years), active fraud or security logs, pending legal process, and anonymized data.
Marketplace note: open orders and seller payouts are resolved first.
