Class Descriptions


A ballet and Pilates inspired class to sculpt and tone the entire body. Although low impact, expect to work hard and feel the BURN. You will use small equipment and of course the ballet barre to work your entire body. With specific tracks to target the arms, thighs, butt and core.


Hot Beatyasa (Bikyasa)

Join us for an energizing Bikyasa Flow class set to House & Hip Hop beats. Get ready to start your day sweating off calories! Suitable for all levels.  Room is set at 100 degrees.


Buti Yoga

Tribal dance with plyometrics combined with yoga creates a style of yoga truly invigorating to the body and mind. This class can be taken in heated or unheated rooms but will light a fire within regardless. Enjoy variations of this class as we offer Buti Bands and Buti Sculpt! 


Cardio Kettlebells

Intense conditioning work using a Kettlebell, you’ll quickly master Kettlebell swings, windmills, goblet squats, lunges, rows, snatches and cleans to improve your overall strength and stamina. Your heart and lungs will work hard to power you through this non-stop workout. We’ll move a range of movements to activate multiple muscle groups as you work your entire body and improve your strength and mobility.



Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CheekyFit sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Rock n' Flow (Vinyasa)

Hot Vinyasa Flow class featuring all styles of rock music to energize, refresh and move to! This class offers accessible yoga poses to create heat within while offering rock music to motivate you to push yourself further. Headbangs are welcome on and off the mat.

Hip Hop Vinyasa

Like it loud? Great! Class starts off with a little R&B to ease you in, and then as you start to sweat, we crank up the booty shakin’ bass bumpin’ hip hop beats! Join a series of postures to create sequences of flow, matching breath to your movement and generating heat in the body. From Biggie to Beyonce, Kanye to Kendrick, and Drake to the A$AP crew, your yoga practice will come with swag.


TRX Train

A cross training class designed to make your body strong, lean and toned through building lean muscle mass. Each class will move through a variety of movements working the TRX and your own body weight to give you a full body workout, expect lunges, planks and extensions. This is for those who want to build strength and sweat, by using a combination of TRX and HIIT you’ll work on strengthening your core while improving your mobility, stability and balance.



Want abs? This class will definitely help you get there! The core is composed of over 30 muscles used to stabilize the hips and chest during dynamic movements. Lack of strength within the core muscular system can result in predisposition to injury and a sh*t load of pain. Cheeky core is a 30 minutes class that utilizes a variety of low impact exercises to strengthen the core in a 360 approach. Consistent attendance in Cheeky Core will improve full-body functional movement, improve posture, and get you closer to that dream 6-pack we’ve all always wanted.


Find the perfect escape through balance, focus and stress relief. Restorative meditation and energetic grounding. Includes massage and aromatherapy.


Join us for our Cheeky Style restorative Yin Class. In this class you will experience Yin Yoga that is a slow-paced exercise with asanas that are held for longer periods of time.

Hot 26

Hot 26 is the original hot Bikram Yoga method, which consists of a powerful 26 posture series practiced for 60 or 90 minutes in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40%. The 26 posture series is designed to warm the whole body, allowing students to work deeper into the muscles, tendons, joints, bones, glands, ligaments and organs while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood to every part of the body.

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese exercise, combining slow flowing movements and rhythmic breathing. This class offers balancing of the mind, body, and spirit.  Tai Chi, the science of movement, is revered for its amazing health benefits, martial arts application, as well as offering superb training for all types of athletes.

Box Fusion

 Master the Train room, get to grips with the jump rope, work your body weight and make the punching bags your nemesis. You’ll quickly become stronger and more toned as you build lean muscle mass. Get your cardio fix and work up a sweat while kicking. Nail your boxing combo’s and improve your balance, endurance and coordination.

Kids Yoga

In this playful Cheeky kids yoga class designed especially children aged 5-13.  Children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand mind meeting body.
